For generic wind machine modelling , is that critical to model the mechanical , gust and aerodynamics for the library model or I just need for dynamic simulation the generator and the electrical model . I found some TSO do not not model them , some model them. For my thoughts I think for dynamic simulation all I need generator and electrical ( to simulate faults or LVRD or HVRT). What do you think about?

For any modeling, general rule is "model what is needed to appropriately model the dynamics of the model". So, if you are trying to model the slow phenomena of wind machines then the details you mentioned are important. However, if you are only interested in faster dynamics (e.g., faults, LVRT, HVRT) then the mechanical details can be assumed to be almost constant and not significantly affecting the results of the faster dynamics
