adding particular contigencies to .con file

Hi! There's a contigency when i run the accc report that creates a Jacobian because my PST cannot control the flow due to the contigency. Can i modify my .con file to include that the PST drops auto adjust before that particular trip? Or is there some other solution? Thanks!
