How can i simulate the voltage instability sample

Hello everyone, I have simulated the sample of transient voltage instability in IEEE 39 system with transient power Angle instability through PSS/E. Now, I want to simulate transient voltage instability without transient power Angle instability. Can you give me some advice to help me simulate such a sample? In fact, what I want to study is the coupling of transient power Angle instability and transient voltage instability, and how to distinguish which instability will occur first. At present, the known situation is that when the transient power Angle instability occurs in the power system, the transient voltage instability will certainly occur, which makes me have some doubts about the direction of research, whether it is actually the transient power Angle instability that will occur first.

Usually, the voltage instability will occur after one or more rotor angle instabilities have occurred. Though not always the case. The way to identify instability conditions in bus voltages is an underdamped highly oscillatory response for a long duration (>10 seconds) coupled with failure in recovery. Also, track the terminal and field voltages at all 10 machines to track long and spiky underdamped responses. Mostly if that stage is reached for the system, rotor angle instability for a few machines has already occurred.

Thank you for your answer, your answer is a good answer to how to track and identify the case of voltage instability. My doubt is that in the actual simulation, voltage instability will be found in all cases where power Angle instability occurs, but it is really difficult for me to simulate the case where voltage instability occurs and power Angle instability does not occur. Does this not really happen, or how can I tweak my simulation using PSS/E to get the case I want?
