PSS/E Geographic location problem.

I watched on Youtube

Then, I want to make a system on the map like this video.

First, I tried to make *.loc file following this one:

GEOPHYSICAL /BusID, X location, Y location 101, 34.397N, 132.453E

Last, I tried to open the sld file and then set the diagram properties following the video.

However, geography scaling and centering only accept the range between 90 and -90. So, Updating geographical bus locations not working.

How can I solve this problem?
