Can someone guide how I can create irf file for zero sequence parameter using .seq file.

Any lead will help. Thanks in advance

I want to calculate short circuit mva for different network file so i thought of creating one .irf file which will help me to calcuate zero sequence R X B value for all cases.

Iplan is obsolete. Use Python instead.
