It is only possible to add a user defined model with API add_wind_model if the model type is already read into PSSE through a dyre-file.

A user model not previously read from a dynamic raw data file is unknown to PSSE. Therefore, it is not possible to add the model with add_wind_model.

Add the model with a DYRE_ADD (.dya) file instead.
