I would double check with the provider of the info. To me, W is like w, which is like a lower case omega, and capital omega is of course the Ohm symbol. So I suspect R and X are in Ohms. uS are just the inverse of mega Ohms. Calculate your Zbase on the system voltage and 100 MVA and enter those values. The wikipedia page on per unit values is a good reference.
PSS/E technically does accept entering values in physical units (versus per unit values), but it's not really built for it and it gave me lots of strange trouble the one time I tried to use it with physical units.
