Check size of the *.out file, not zero if channel were added properly. Check the run log for 'channels' and normal run messages.

Check your PSSe settings by running the script 'dyntools_demo.py', located in the 'example' folder of the PSSe installation (run first to create *.out files and then run again to plot and extract channel data.)
