After looking everywhere I have found an old question in which it is specified that the Pmwset is stored in the lcref array, however I have not found a way to change this value, It can be obtained via the API MACHINEARRAYCHANNEL (lcref).

After looking everywhere I have found an old question in which it is specified imposible to change de Pmwset value so I belive that the Pmwset LCFB1 model is stored in the lcref array, however I have not found nto a way good aproach to secondary frequency control via ACE. My recomendation would be to change this value, It can be obtained via manually the API MACHINEARRAYCHANNEL (lcref). governor reference of the generators involved in secondary control.
