I reposted the data set "IEEE24jconto" at my public google site, no major changes. This setup uses idvs, no python. The log file describes the process to achieve a good "flat-start", all variables respond with flat lines under no disturbance. To prepare the base case, study the PSSe commands in file MakeCnv.idv. To create a snap file, study the contents of MakeSnp.idv. At the initialization, there is no suspect conditions, where the log shows "INITIAL CONDITIONS CHECK O.K." The "ieee24readme.txt" file describe how to run the whole process at once using the batch file "ieee24_flat.bat" within a DOS window (use the link "PSSE XX Command Prompt")
