In power systems droop control is used for primary frequency control of the generator. This means that the governor is not supposed to bring the frequency back to 50 Hz after a disturbance, e.g. trip of a unit.
After the generation loss the mechanical power is settling at a new operating point based on its droop setting. The frequency droop is defined in CON(J) of the model. The behaviour of your model seems very normal.
