As ffl wrote in his comment you can plot the admittance in VAR(L+2).

Reactive power Q can be plotted in two ways:

1. Multiply the admittance with the voltage in square when plotting.
2. Split the bus and move the switched shunt to the new bus. Add MW & Mvar channels for the zero impedance line inserted between the new bus and the original bus.

I prefer alternative 2.
