Search this forum for my tool, MPjobs, designed to run multiple PSSE instances (dynamic runs in particular) to maximize the use of available CPUs in your pc. We use it in servers with 48 cores. Search also for 'parallel' to find related postings.
On a larger concept, search the internet for distributed processing frameworks, or even cloud computing (but I do not know if someone has applied it to run PSSe dynamic runs).
