- Step 1: copy file "test1.ipl" to same folder "IPLAN33.exe" (or any where u want)
- Step 2: Run "IPLAN33.exe" as administrator (noticed)
- Step 3: type "test1" (or full path if not same folder "IPLAN33.exe") Step 4: done! File "test1.irf" will be saved in the same folder "IPLAN33.exe"
