I am using v.33.10 for dynamics and found no problems after moving from v.33.9. Try to compare the log files of both runs, to find out were they began to differ. if you have UDM in obj format, the dsusr.dll would require to be re-compiled. If there are steady state activities before running dynamics (like re-dispatching), make sure that the load flow settings (capacitor switching on, etc.) are the same for both versions.
