PSSe does not have an equivalent script language to define a new model. There is a process to create user-defined models but it uses fortran. Check the PSSe manual for Chap.21 "Model Writing". Also check the post "USER DEFINED MACHINE MODEL "GEWTT1" NOT ACCESSIBLE" for more info.
