You can request manufacturer specific models from the Siemens PTI website for several different manufacturers.

The Program Application Guide: Volume 2 also contains sample dyr data for the WT3 model in "Chapter 22 - Generic Wind Models". Although there is no "raw" data, this chapter has some explanation of the power flow setup required for these models.
