Close the plot by typing CLSP in Window "Command Line Input" at the bottom of the main window in PSSPLT. At the next question you answer 1 and the desired file name of the postscript file, see the dialogue below.

The plot is then written to the working directory.

You can also enter the tree name to any other directory:
