I am wondering about your setup in the test system. There is one synchronous generator of 100 MW, 100 MVA. H=5. There is no governor control or voltage control. You are starting a asynchronous generator with rating 100 MVA with 5 MW turbine power. H=3. That is, the induction generator is of the same size as the system it is started against!
Your test system is extremely weak and cannot start such big asynchronous generator. The generator will act as a motor until nominal speed is reached.
Result: When the asynchronous generator is started from stand-still the voltage collapses to about 25%! Try with a stronger system, i.e. increase the rating of the synchronous generator!
