The following link will takes you to my google drive public folder "PowerSystem", select "Dynamic Networks" which contains the IEEE9, IEEE14, IEEE24, IEEE30, IEEE39 and IEEE59 systems. Click on a zip file icon, and then click on the downloading icon on top.
