I really sorry for my fool error! I forget to change the [0] for a [i]. I run with [i] instead of [0] and I get rights .out files. The size difference still appears in out file and I will search in the snap file the problem. Thank you very much for your answer!

I really sorry for my fool error! I forget to change the [0] for a [i]. I run with [i] instead of [0] and I get rights .out files. The Solution for the channels/out file size difference still appears is:
