Not sufficient information to provide feedback. I would expect to get the same results for same settings.

I assume that the PSSe console is running PSSe in GUI, default mode, and 'python run' is running python + python script, working on the same case and settings as when running in PSSe in GUI.

Can you post your python script to test it in my 'large' base case?
