Unfortunately PSSE doesn't have functionality to draw its dynamics models, but there are some good diagrams in the help files. Depending on your PSSE version and install location, it will be located somewhere like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PTI\PSSE33\DOCS\MODELS.pdf
