First check that the load flow is solved before initialising.
Initial condition suspect appears if there is a conflict between load flow results (e.g. Pgen, Qgen) and limitations in the dynamic models.
Check progress window for warning of type "initialised out of limits" for any model. Typical problems may be a governor model out of limits or an exciter model out of limits. If any warning, either update the original load flow (saved case) or the limits in the dynamic model to avoid the conflict.
It is not correct to initialise again in order to get "initial condition ok". If so, PSSE will initialise from the new situation after the previously done initialisation, which is not the same as the original load flow situation.
A single problem may generate a large number of suspect DSTATEs, so it is important to find the model causing the problem.
